Project Manager / Scrum Master

Job description

Your main responsibility would be managing work and planning IT projects, designing roadmaps, estimating the workload for each feature and module.
On one side, you will be responsible for the communication within the internal team – having everything specified on time, allocated, and planned.
Most importantly, your responsibility is to take care of the communication with our clients, understanding their business models and their needs, designing products properly, delivering on agreed deadlines and guaranteeing high quality of work.


What we expect from you

- Excellent organization and solid verbal communication skills
- Dedication, loyalty, and passion
- We expect that you are a good listener, able to understand what all actors need, and able to articulate this clearly
- Experience with managing a team, having led a team is an asset
- User-centric and product mindset
- Experience with working with UI/UX designers and data analysts
- Experience with agile development (Scrum, Kanban, ...)
- Excellent English
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or other project management tools
- Excitement to learn new things
- Presence in the office at least one day in a week (we have a nice office in the city centre), possibility to work remotely
